initially Focused on the Permian Basin and eagle ford shale trends

We are focused on asset management and acquiring, exploring and producing oil and natural gas properties in the Permian Basin and Eagle Ford Shale Trends of Southeast New Mexico and West Texas which are the most attractive place for investments in the Oil and Gas Industry today.  We intend to acquire properties in these areas and actively produce hydrocarbons from the properties using industry proven technologies to locate the most productive zones and maximize production while lowering the use of frack water and proppants. We also are focused on asset analysis and evaluation through innovative data base management.
